ab lin-pro hereby introduces in Europe the latest in radio remote controlled trowels from Tibroc in USA.
Tibroc in USA is owned and managed by Chris Corbitt which for the last five years have been creating radio controlled finisher. At numerous times they have exhibited on the world of concrete in Las Vegas USA and had a big success at each show. They now move on in cooperation with us to market the machines in whole of Europe, Russia, CIS countries…
When we exhibited at Bauma 2007 in Munich Germany the Tibroc made success and people where amazed that it actually performed as well as it did.
As an alternative to walk-behinds, finishers now have the option to buy radio-controlled machines. Chris Corbitt which makes the radio-controlled power trowel, says “We are focusing our effort on the residential/house slab environment; 85% of residential/house slabs are still finished by hand without power trowels of any kind.”
Its advantages are that you don't have to walk on the concrete with a remote controlled trowel. It is more mobile than a walk-behind machine. It covers an area faster—up to 100 square meters per hour—and quickly moves from one end of the slab to the other. Its size—100x56 cm—simplifies working around plumbing and edges.
A remote control puts you in charge of speed and direction, as well as trowel-pitch up to 35 degrees, on four trowel spiders with an overall finish area of 100 cm per pass. The unit is powered by a 2.5-hp Honda 4-stroke engine and steadied by dual gyroscopes. The company designed this to be a lightweight (40kg) time-saver, reducing hand-finish work by letting one operator work from off the slab surface.
