The Manipav 2000 and 3000 are equipped with an auger which will remove approx 2-3 centimetres of the excessive concrete before the vibrator. The Manipav 3000 auger is possible to move in both left and right direction! This will decrease the amount of labour to even out the concrete before screeding! |

The Manipav 2000 and 3000 are equipped with a vibrator in front of the auger. This is an electrical vibrator which will perform with high frequency and create a smooth surface and vibrate the steel fibre down into the concrete! |

The Manipav screed is a new concept for the flooring contractors and an alternative to both the larger and smaller laser screeding machines on the market today. Thanks to the auger attached in front of the vibrating beam, it has the same qualities and capacity as a large laser screed. The small size gives it the advantages of being easy to operate, easy access and requires less maintenance.
It is easy to transport and you can set it up within 20 minutes from unloading.
You drive the Manipav in the concrete during pouring and thanks to the auger, the excessive concrete will be screeded off, thereby achieving a higher precision and flatter result for the floor. This method saves both labour costs and more machinery which you otherwise would have needed to even out the concrete before vibrating!
The Manipav screed can produce between 1000 m2 to 2000 m2 per day, depending which model and circum-stances such as planning, concrete supply, access to the slab and of course the operation of the machine.
The easiest and most efficient usage of the Manipav screed machines is when making floors with steel fibre reinforcement concrete on compacted soil. However the Manipav screed model 2000 (470 kg) is constructed for use on well spaced reinforcement mesh. As standard the machine is equipped with 6 wheels and has an option of
4 extra wheels could be installed in the front.
All Manipav screed machines are usable on deck slabs as long as the construction of the deck will allow the weight of the machines! |

| The Manipav 2000 has a foldable frame in the front of the machine so when it is transported the machine has only a width of 90 cm so it can easily be transported in a small pick cup or van. The Manipav 3000 is a larger and heavier machine so it should be transported on a trailer or bigger truck with an loading ramp. |

On the Manipav 3000 there is a well displayed control panel with easy access from the driver seat! Manometers for the hydraulic displays the load/bar pressure for the different functions! |

On the Manipav 2000 there is a well displayed control panel with easy access from the driver seat! The steering and joistick for forward/back is placed on sides for easy operation. |

Both Manipav 2000 and 3000 are equipped with lifting brackets on the sides of the machines, to lift them with a crane or truck using a lifting bridle. |

On the Manipav 3000 there is an assembly system of the screed tool which can be done by one man! The screed is lifted of and on to the machine with a tool which is placed on the right cylinder (seen standing in front of the machine) and then you control up/down by moving the cylinder the same. |

On both the Manipav 2000 and 3000 the gearboxes to the driving of the wheels are mounted on a movable bracket, which makes the gearboxes move side ways if the machine drives over obstacles, which makes the machine more stable during movement. |

The Manipav 2000 and 3000 is equipped with an unlocking device for the wheels which is intended if you need to move the machine by hand. Simply flip the handle of the locking device at the centre of the wheel and it will release the wheel from the driving part. There is one located on each wheel. |

The Manipav 3000 is equipped with a horizontal placed cylinder, which enables the driver to move the whole screed tool approx 60cm to left and right from centre position. |

The Manipav 3000 is powered by a Lombardini 29 Hp, 3 cylinder diesel. This is one of the workhorses in diesel engines.
The Manipav 2000 is powered by a Honda 13,5 Hp engine which is the latest generation of smaller engines from Honda. ss |

In the front of the Manipav you have a work light mounted to check screeding in darker facilities or when working at night! |

The Manipav 3000 is equipped with a water high pressure aggregate with a water tank of 90 liters, which enables you to clean the machine directly after use! This is all assembled on the machine and is driven by a hydraulic pump. |
