The Laser-Arm is designed to be compact and to have the flexibility to move in small areas without affecting the production capacity. The upper chassis with ability to turn 360°, the multiple steering and the small measurements contribute to make the Laser-Arm easy to both manoeuvre and transport.

The retraction speed of the Laser-Arm screed tool is adjustable with the boom speed potentiometer, enabling you to set the screeding time of the concrete.

The Laser-Arm screeding tool which is 3,5 m wide and extends up to 4 m, has a vibrator unit in front, enabling to make a pass for appr. 10–12 m2, depending on the overlap. With adjustable auger and vibration speeds the slope can vary between 10–20 cm.

The Laser-Arm spreading unit, which is placed in the top front of the boom, makes it possible to spread the dry shake directly after screeding. Based on 150 kg, (hopper capacity up to 200 kg) gives you appr. 5–6 passes using 4 kg/m2.

The Laser-Arm screed is set in the correct benchmark with the high precision Topcon receivers with an accuracy of +/- 1,2 mm. During the screeding pass the receivers correct the screed as soon as it deviates more than 1,2 mm up or down.

On a regular day the Laser-Arm can produce appr. 1000 m2 when both screeding and spreading and appr. 2000 m2 when only screeding, depending on the planing, concrete and the operator.

When the daily workload is around 2000 m2 including screeding and spreading, two machines are needed. We can then offer a 500 kg spreading hopper to be used on one machine (only spreading). Special manufactured spreading model also available.
