Linofog Fix is a polyurethane based, 2-component material to be mixed with fine grain aggregate. Linofog Fix is developed to enable quick repairs with short open time and quick drying time of approx 2-3 hours. Linofog Fix is applied in thicknesses between 0-40 mm. Preferable, Linofog Fix should be used as repair material for smaller damages and unlevel nesses. Please find Linofog Fix chemical resistance and tests according to the below figures.

LAYING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Make sure that the surface is free from dust and moisture.
2. Apply Linoprimer evenly over the surface.
3. Let the Linoprimer dry for approx 3 hours (based on temperatures + 14-18°C)
4. Mix 2,5 kg aggregate with 1,75 kg Linofog Fix Base. Add the 0,75 kg hardener, mix to a smooth mixture (empty the hardener can thoroughly).
5. Apply the mixture with a hand trowel.
6. Let it harden for approx 2 hours (based on temperatures between + 14 -18°C)
7. When more aesthetic demands are required, grind the joint with a fine grain sandpaper, first after 3-4 hours after application (based on temperatures between +14-18°C)
Consumption:
1 kg ready mixed material is enough for approx 1m2 and 1,8mm thickness.
Packaging:
Linofog Fix base 1,75 kg, Linofog Fix hardener 0,75 kg, Linofog Fix aggregate 2,5 kg = 1 set/5 kg = 1 m2 and 9 mm thickness.
