| DITEQ G-TEQ 450 "green" concrete saw |
 |
With DITEQ G-TEQ 450 ”green” concrete saw, it is possible to cut in green concrete, 1-4 hours after the last trowelling. It is also possible to cut in cured concrete, but with much higher abrasion on the diamond disc.
The cutting is without water (dry cut) and the saw is driven by a 4,5 hp Robin engine, one cylinder, air cooled 4 stroke engine, with low sound, that is non vibrating and are manually pushed forward in the direction of the cut! The cutting depth is between 0-44 mm deep, which makes it possible to cut working joints on floors up to approx 150 mm. (1/4 part to 1/5 part of the total thickness of the floors, with “green concrete and 1/3 part of the total thickness of the floors , with cured concrete). |

| The patent ”FlatTrac” wheels

make it possible to cut earlier than usually, because it minimize the risk for damages during the operation.
Green Concrete Connection Blades “Super Premium”

These blades set new performance standards and come in five specifications to cut a full range of green concrete. Patented Z-triangle Arbor hole* prevents blade from turning on arbor and eliminates the need to replace expensive
spindle shafts. Patent No. 5,477,845. |
